1. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using PhoenixForge plugins, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

2. Products

PhoenixForge sells WordPress plugins with free and Pro tiers. Free plugins can be used without restriction. Pro features require a valid, active license key.

3. Pricing and Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Annual licenses renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. 5-year licenses are a one-time payment valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

4. License Terms

Each license key can be activated on up to 3 WordPress installations simultaneously. License keys are non-transferable and are tied to the email address used at purchase. Pro features require an active, valid license to function.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us via the form on our About page within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Updates and Support

Active license holders receive plugin updates and email support for the duration of their license. Free tier users receive plugin updates but do not have access to dedicated support.

7. Intellectual Property

PhoenixForge plugins are proprietary software. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell any PhoenixForge plugin or its source code.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our plugins are provided on an “as is” basis. PhoenixForge is not liable for any data loss, downtime, security breaches, or other damages arising from the use of our plugins. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your WordPress site.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend licenses for violation of these terms. You may cancel your license at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
